RIMIDA is a complex of 9 old independent cave houses, that were built more than 200 years ago. In the last century, certain areas were wine cellars (CANAVES) which were fully renovated to the strict criteria of local materials and colors, with total respect to the architecture and aesthetics of the landscape, continuing to blend perfectly with the surrounding environment, in order to welcome and accommodate wonderful guests.
